Many factories often have workshops with robots such as ABB, KUKA, and more performing various processes. A client came to SST Automation with a problem connecting their robots to the PLC in their factory. Their factory has many workstations and within each workshop they use KUKA robots. The problem they had was that their existing Siemens PLC was incompatible. The question arose, how can we connect their DeviceNet KUKA robots to their PROFINET Siemens PLC? |
